Hello to all! My name is Lillian Kraman-Roach, and I have practiced medicine for over 30 years as an adult psychiatrist in Dover, Delaware.
I would like to share with you what I’ve learned during my lifetime and my many years working as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. Although I have helped many patients, I have found that my patients have been my teachers.
In today’s world, distress seems to be a daily occurrence, and I have noticed a decline in interpersonal connectedness. This blog is meant to connect with you! And, hopefully, you find some comfort in my stories while also learning from my experiences.
